At Ipsum Pets Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable pet food and treats

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
